胰岛素泵在治疗糖尿病中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析胰岛素泵运用在糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的糖尿病患者160例为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组观察组，各80例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者则运用胰岛素泵进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均显著降低，且观察组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，低血糖发生率明显低于对照组，差异 具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的胰岛素使用量少于对照组，血糖达标时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床上给予糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗，不仅可以稳定血糖，还能提高治疗效果，具有临床推广价值。

Application effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes. Methods A total of 160 diabetes patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with insulin pump therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The insulin usage of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the glucose normal time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For diabetes patients, insulin pump therapy can not only stabilize glucose, but also improve the treatment effects, which has promotion value in clinic.
