通心络胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨通心络胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者152例，分为对照组和治疗组，各76例。对照组患者给予一般性治疗，治疗组患者在对照组的基础上，口服通心络胶囊和曲美他嗪片，比较两组患者的临床疗效及每周心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油使用量、心电图改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和硝酸甘油使用量显著优于 治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心电图改善总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组均未出现不良反应。 结论 通心络胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Clinical effect and safety of Tongxinluo capsules combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina

ABSTRACT：Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Tongxinluo capsules combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina. Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients with coronary heart disease angina in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group, with 76 cases in each group. The control group received general treatment, while the treatment group added Tongxinluo capsules and trimetazidine. The clinical effect, the angina attack frequency, lasting time, application amount of nitroglycerin, the improvement of electrocardiogram and adverse reaction were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the angina attack frequency, lasting time and application amount of nitroglycerin in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Neither group had adverse reactions. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules and trimetazidine has certain positive effect, which is an effective treatment method.
