医院微生物检验技术的应用效果观察

摘要:

目的 分析微生物检验技术对医院感染的防控作用。方法 选取我院收治的616例住院治疗患者,按随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各308例。对照组结合患者病情给予常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗基础上定期进行微生物检验。比较两组患者医院感染发生率、感染控制率、因感染造成的医患不良事件发生率及住院时间。结果 观察组患者的医院感染率与感染程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的感染控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组因感染所造成的不良事 件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 微生物检验可有效鉴定并监 测病原菌,降低医院感染风险并为感染治疗提供指导,利于患者康复。

    Observation on the application effect of hospital microbiological testing technology

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the preventive and control effect of microbiological examination on nosocomial infection. Methods Six hundred and sixteen cases of hospitalized patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 308 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment combined with the patients`` condition, while the observation group took regular microbiological examination on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment. The incidence of nosocomial infection, infection control rate, infection rate of complaints and the incidence of adverse events due to nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and infection degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The control effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events due to nosocomial infection in the two groups (P>0.05). The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Microbiological examination can
    effectively identify and monitor pathogens, reduce the risk of nosocomial infection and provide guidance for the treatment of infection, which is conducive to patients`` rehabilitation.
