深度水解蛋白配方在早产儿早期喂养中的效果

摘要:

目的 探讨深度水解蛋白配方在早产儿早期喂养中的效果。方法 选取我院收治的早产儿125例,将胎龄小于34周的 55例患儿随机分为观察1组(28例)和对照1组(27例);将晚期早产儿70例随机分为观察2组和对照2组,各35例。对观察组使用深度水解蛋白配方,对照组使用早产儿配方,比较两组患儿的胎粪排空时间、达到全肠道喂养时间、喂养不耐受发生率、胃泌素及胃动素水平。结果 观察1组胎粪排空和达到全肠道喂养时间、喂养不耐受发生率、日均自主排便次数均优于对照1 组(P<0.05),但观察2组和对照2组上述指标无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿出生后2 d、7~10 d、12~15 d 的胃动素水平和出生后12~15 d 的胃泌素水平高于对照1 组(P<0.05)。观察2组早产儿各时间段的胃动素水平显著高于对照2 组 (P<0.05),但两组胃泌素水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 采用深度水解蛋白配方喂养早产儿,可降低喂养不耐受的发生率,缩短达到全肠道喂养的时间。

    Effect of deep hydrolyzed protein formula on early feeding of premature infants

    ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of deep hydrolyzed protein formula on early feeding of premature infants. Methods One hundred and twenty -five cases of preterm infants admitted in our hospital were selected. 55 cases of gestational age less than 34 weeks were randomly divided into observation group 1 (28 cases) and control group 1 (27 cases). 70 cases of late premature children were randomly divided into observation group 2 and control group 2, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group used deep hydrolyzed protein formula and the control group used premature infant formula. The meconium emptying time, achieving full bowel feeding time, incidence of intestine feeding, gastrin and motilin intolerance were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group 1, the meconium emptying and achieving full bowel feeding time, intolerance incidence rate, number of spontaneous bowel movements were superior to those in the control group 1 (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in those indicaters of the obseration group 2 and the control group 2 (P>0.05); the levels of gastrin at 2 days, 7-10 days and 12-15 days after birth, the gastrin level at 12-15 days after birth were superior to those in the control group 1 (P<0.05). The levels of gastrin at each time period in the observation group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group 2 (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of gastrin indicators (P>0.05). Conclusion For premature infants, the use of deep hydrolyzed protein formula can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance, shorten the time of achieving total enteral feeding.
