超声引导下置管术治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床研究

摘要：

目的 探究超声引导下置管术治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床价值。方法 选取我院于2010年4月至2016年6月收治的细菌性肝脓肿患者38例，按照随机数字表法将其分成试验组及对照组，每组19例。试验组患者在超声引导下给予经皮穿刺置管术，对照组患者给予传统的开窗减压术，比较两组患者的住院时间、引流时间、手术时间、治愈率及术后并发症发生率。结果 试验组患者的住院时间、引流时间及手术时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组治愈率显著高于对照组且术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 超声引导下置管术治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床价值高，具有操作简单、治愈率高、且术后并发症少等特点，能够明显减轻患者的痛苦及家庭经济负担。

Clinical study of ultrasound guided catheterization on bacterial liver abscess

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound guided catheterization in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess. Methods Thirty-eight cases of patients with bacterial liver abscess admitted in our hospital from April 2010 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 19 cases in each group. The experimental group received ultrasound guided catheterization, while the control group was treated with traditional decompression, the hospitalization time, drainage time, operation time, cure rate and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the hospitalization time, drainage time and operation time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); the cure rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of ultrasound-guided catheterization on bacterial liver abscess is high. It has the advantages of simple operation, high cure rate and less postoperative complications, and can significantly reduce the patients`` pain and the economic burden of the family, which is a reliable method for clinical treatment of bacterial liver abscess.
