急危重剖宫产手术室护理效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨急危重剖宫产患者手术室护理的效果，为今后的临床护理提供参考与指导。方法 选择我院2013年2月至 2015年8月收治的急危重剖宫产患者150例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各75例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施常规护理+手术室护理。对比两组患者的疼痛情况，以及抑郁评分、母乳喂养成功率。结果 观察组患者疼痛发生率为40.00%，低于对照组的56.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者抑郁评分为（40.54±2.06）分，显著低于对照组患者的（55.97±5.24）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组母乳喂养成功率为97.33%，明显高于对照组的81.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 给予急危重剖宫产患者手术室护理，能够减轻患者的疼痛，缓解抑郁情绪，并能提高母乳喂养率，应用价值较高。

Effect observation of operation room nursing on urgent and critical cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of operation room nursing on urgent and critical cesarean section, and provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing in the future. Methods A total of 150 urgent and critical cesarean section patients admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given operation nursing based on the routine nursing. The pain, depression score and breastfeeding success rate of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of pain in the observation group was 40.00%, which was lower than 56.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The depression score of the observation group was (40.54± 2.06), which was lower than (55.97±5.24) of the control group (P<0.05). The breastfeeding success rate of the observation group was 97.33% , which was higher than 81.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For urgent and critical cesarean section patients, operation room nursing can reduce the pain, relieve the depression and improve the breastfeeding rate, which has high application value.
