产科护理新模式对促进自然分娩、降低剖宫产率的影响

摘要：
目的 分析产科护理新模式对促进自然分娩、降低剖宫产率的影响，总结产科护理经验。方法 选择我院单胎、足月、阴道试产产妇共484例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各242例。对照组行常规护理，观察组给予新的产科护理模式，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组中转剖宫产率低于对照组，观察组阴道分娩成功者活跃期、第一产程、产时出血量、羊水粪染率、滞产率优于对照组，产妇满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 产科护理新模式有助于保障顺利自然分娩，控制风险因素，降低剖宫产率。

ABSTR ACT: Objective To analyze the influence of new model of obstetric care on promoting natural childbirth and reducing cesarean section rate and summarize the experience of obstetric nursing. Methods A total of 484 cases of maternal with single birth, full term and trial of labor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 242 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received new model of obstetric care, and the nursing effects were compared in the two groups. Results The transit cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; the active stage, first stage of labor, amount of bleeding, amniotic fluid fecal infection rate of the cases of successful vaginal delivery in the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The new model of obstetric care is helpful to ensure the smooth natural delivery, control the risk factors and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
