子宫肌瘤围术期应用舒适护理的效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察子宫肌瘤围术期应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法 将我院2003—2007年收治的300例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组，每组150 例。常规护理组实施子宫肌瘤围术期常规护理，舒适护理组实施子宫肌瘤围术期舒适护理，对比两组患者的疼痛情况、焦虑及抑郁评分、治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果 舒适护理组疼痛VAS评分明显低于常规 护理组（P<0.05）。护理前，两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前，且舒适护理组明显低于常规护理组（P<0.05）。舒适护理组的治疗依从率高于常规护理组（P<0.05）。舒适护理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组（P<0.05）。结论 在子宫肌瘤围术期应用舒适护理，能明显减轻患者疼痛感，消除焦虑和抑郁不良情绪，提高患者的治疗依从性，并增加护理满意度。

Effect observation of comfort care applied to the patients with hysteromyoma during the perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort care applied to the patients with hysteromyoma during the perioperative period. Methods Three hundred cases of patients with hysteromyoma from 2003 to 2007 were selected and randomly divided into usual care group and comfort care group, with 150 cases in each group. The usual care group was taken routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the comfort care group was taken comfort care during the perioperative period. The pain conditions, scores of depression and anxiety, treatment adherence and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score in the comfort care group was lower than the usual care group (P< 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the SAS score and SDS score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than before, and the comfort care group was lower than the usual care group (P<0.05). The treatment adherence in the comfort care group was higher than that in the usual care group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree in the comfort care group was higher than that in the usual care group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort care can obviously lighten the pain perception, overcome anxiety, eliminate depression and enhance nursing satisfaction in patients with hysteromyoma during the perioperative period.
