冠心病心绞痛患者经复方丹参滴丸治疗的效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨冠心病心绞痛患者经复方丹参滴丸治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院接收治疗的冠心病心绞痛49例患者， 按照双盲法将其分为对照组（24例）与研究组（25例）。对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上实施复方丹参滴丸治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的总有效率为92.00%，明显高于对照组患者的 66.67%，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组患者的血细胞比容、血浆粘度、高切粘度、纤维蛋白原和低切粘度水平均低于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 针对冠心病心绞痛患者予以复方丹参滴丸治疗，其疗效显著，能使患者的不良反应发生率降低，加快患者病症康复。

Effect evaluation of compound Danshen dropping pill in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of compound Danshen dropping pill in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Forty-nine patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group (24 cases) and study group (25 cases) according to double-blind method. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets, and the study group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hematocrit, plasma viscosity, high shear viscosity, fibrinogen and low shear viscosity of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, compound Danshen dropping pills has significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and speed up the rehabilitation of patients with disease.
