性激素治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察结合雌激素治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 将140例老年性阴道炎患者随机均分为观察组（70例）和 对照组（70例），观察组用结合雌激素乳膏涂布阴道黏膜壁，对照组置入乳酸菌阴道胶囊，均治疗14 d 后，比较两组患者的临 床疗效、复发及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治愈率高于对照组（P<0.05），且复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 结合雌激素治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著，副反应少，且复发率低，短期小剂量使用安全可靠。

Clinical effect of sex hormones on senile vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of sex hormones on senile vaginitis. Methods One hundred and forty cases of patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group (70 cases) and control group (70 cases). The observation group was treated with conjugated estrogen hormone cream to coat the vaginal mucosa wall, and the control group was placed into lactobacillus vaginal capsules. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy, recurrence and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Conjugated estrogen hormones has significantly effect for senile vaginitis with less side effects and low recurrence rate, and the short-term use of low-dose is safe and reliable.
