尼莫地平联用硫酸镁治疗中重度妊娠期高血压病的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨尼莫地平联合硫酸镁应用于中重度妊娠高血压病中的临床疗效。方法 选择2016年1月至2017年1月我院的中重度妊娠期高血压患者84例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组采用单一的硫酸镁静脉滴注，观察组在此基础上配合使用尼莫地平降压治疗，对比治疗前、后两组收缩压、舒张压、疗效和并发症发生率。结果 治疗前，两组患者的血压水平无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的血压均显著下降，且观察组的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于中重度妊娠期高血压 病患者，硫酸镁联合尼莫地平口服不仅能控制血压，还能有效降低相关并发症发生率，安全性高，值得推广。

Analysis of curative effect of nimodipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of moderately severe gestational hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect of nimodipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of moderately severe gestational hypertension. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with moderately severe gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random principle, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a single magnesium sulfate drip, and the observation group was treated with nimodipine combined with magnesium sulfate. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, curative effects and complication rates were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with moderately severe gestational hypertension, magnesium sulfate combined with nimodipine can not only control blood pressure, but also effectively reduce the incidence of related complications, which has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
