牙槽嵴低平患者全口义齿修复的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探究全口义齿修复治疗牙槽嵴低平的效果。方法 以我院收治的42 例牙槽嵴低平行改良设计后的全口义齿修复患者为试验组，另同期选取42例牙槽嵴低平行常规全口义齿修复的患者作为对照组，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 试验组患者各项佩戴满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；全口义齿修复后，试验组咀嚼功能优良率达到 90.48%，对照组咀嚼功能优良率为73.81%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全口义齿修复对牙槽嵴低平患者临床效 果明显，改良设计后可显著提高临床疗效，固定效果良好。

Clinical effect of complete denture restoration in patients with low level of alveolar

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of complete denture restoration in the treatment of low level of alveolar. Methods Forty-two patients with low level of alveolar using improved way of denture restoration were selected as experimental group, in the same time, 42 cases of low level of alveolar receiving conventional denture repairation were selected as control group, the clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The wear satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); after denture repairation, the excellent rate of chewing function in the experimental group was 90.48%, which was higher than 73.81% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Full denture repairation applied in patients with low level alveolar has exact clinical effect, which can significantly improve the clinical curative effect after improved design, and the fixed effect is good.
