液基细胞学联合HPV检测在宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值分析

摘要：

目的 探讨液基细胞学联合人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检测在宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值，为临床提早发现宫颈癌提供参考依 据。方法 按照简单随机抽样方法选择2015年3月至2016年3 月来我院就诊的1 200 例体检者作为研究对象，采用数字随机法将其分为对照组（n=600）与联合组（n=600），对照组采用液基细胞学检查，联合组采用液基细胞学联合HPV检查，检查异常者给予病理检查，观察两组阳性符合情况。结果 对照组阳性检出率为11.67%（70/600），阳性符合率为68.57%（48/70）；联合组阳性检出率为6.83%（41/600），阳性符合率为95.12%（39/41），联合组宫颈癌前病变阳性符合率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在宫颈癌筛查中联合应用液基细胞学和HPV检查可有效提高诊断准确性，对疾病防治具有积极作用，值得推广。

Clinical value analysis of liquid-based cytology combined with HPV detection in cervical cancer screening

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical value of liquid-based cytology combined with human papillomavirus (HPV) detection in cervical cancer screening, so as to provide a reference for clinical early detection of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 1 200 patients who admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected according to the simple random sampling method, and all the objects were divided into control group (n=600) and combined group (n= 600). The control group used liquid-based cytology, while the combined group used liquid-based cytology combined with HPV examination. The pathological examination were performed on abnormal objects, and the coincidence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate of the control group was 11.67% (70/600), and the positive coincidence rate was 68.57% (48/70); the positive rate of the combined group was 6.83% (41/600), and the positive rate was 95.12% (39/41). The positive coincidence rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liquid-based cytology combined with HPV in cervical cancer screening can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, and it has positive effects on disease prevention and treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
