手术室护理路径在髋关节置换术患者的护理效果及并发症观察

摘要：

目的 观察手术室护理路径在髋关节置换术患者的护理效果及并发症。方法 选取2012年9月至2016年9月于我院接受髋关节置换术治疗的120例患者，按护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行手术室护理路径，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的28.33%（P<0.05）；随访1 个月后，观察组的VAS 评分、Harris 评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 髋关节置换术患者接受手术室护理路径护理，可有效改善手术情况，减少并发症，缓解疼痛。

Nursing effect and complications of operation room nursing pathway in patients undergoing hip replacement

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the nursing effect and complications of operation room nursing pathway in patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who received hip replacement in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received operation room nursing pathway. The nursing effects in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, ambulation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 28.33% in the control group (P<0.05). After one-month follow-up, the VAS and Harris scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing hip replacement, operation room nursing pathway can effectively improve the operation results, reduce complications, alleviate pains of the patients.
