舒适护理对产后出血患者生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 观察舒适护理对产后出血患者生活质量的影响。方法 将我院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的80例产后出血患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理基础上，给予舒适护理，观察比较两组产后出血患者护理依从性以及生活质量评分、焦虑与抑郁状况。结果 护理后，研究组患者的护理依从率为92.50%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分均高于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且研究组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用舒适护理对产后出血患者进行护理，能有效提高护理依从性和生活质量，帮助患者缓解心理压力。

Comfortable nursing on the quality of life of patients with postpartum hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing on the quality of life of patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Eighty cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected, which were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was given comfortable care on the basis of the routine care. The nursing compliance and quality of life score, anxiety and depression status of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the nursing compliance rate of the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The physical function score, psychological function score, social function score and material life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety scores and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with
postpartum hemorrhage can effectively improve the patients`` nursing compliance and the quality of life, and help patients relieve the psychological pressure.
