骨量减少患者血清中外泌体microRNA标志物的筛选

摘要:

目的 筛选出用于早期预测骨量减少的血清外泌体microRNA 的标志物。方法 收集本院内分泌科2016年1月至2017年1月原发性骨量减少患者10例(A 组)、正常围绝经期及老年女性4例(B组)。每组选取3例患者血清,检测其外泌体中的 miRNAs表达情况并进行组间比较,筛选出差异倍数较大、表达量较高、既往文献中已证实与骨量减少有关的miRNAs 标志物。结果 筛选出与骨量减少有关的miRNAs共34个,其中上调的miRNAs共28个,下调的miRNAs共6个。结论 检测出 的34个miRNAs可反映骨量减少的病情。

    The screening of serum exosomal microRNA biomarkers for osteopenia

    ABSTRACT:Objective To screen out the biomarkers of serum exosomal microRNA in early prediction of osteopenia. Methods Ten patients with primary osteopenia (group A) and four normal perimenopausal or elderly women (group B) were collected from the department of endocrinology in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. Three patients in each group were selected to detect the expression of miRNA in serum, and the results were compared between the two groups, then the miRNAs biomarkers were screened out, which showed that the difference was larger, the expression was higher and has been identified to be associated with osteoporosis in previous literature. Results Thirty-four miRNAs related to osteoporosis were identified, 28 miRNAs were up-regulated, and 6 miRNAs were down-regulated. Conclusion Detected 34 miRNAs could reflect the condition of osteopenia.
