孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 研究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的40 例支气管哮喘病患者，并将其随机分成观察组与对照组，每组患者20例。其中对照组采用常规治疗方式，包括激素、多索茶碱治疗，观察组则采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗，观察比较两组患者的哮喘发作次数，治疗前、后肺功能指标及嗜酸性粒细胞计数。结果 两组患者治 疗前的FEV1/FVC 和PEF无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组的FEV1/FVC 和PEF升高，且观察组的上述指标高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的哮喘白天及夜间发作次数均少于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的嗜酸性粒细胞计数无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的嗜酸性粒细胞计数均明显下降，且观察组嗜酸性粒细胞计数低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特联合布地奈德可有效改善患者肺功能，显著降低嗜酸性粒细胞计数，具有临床推广价值。

Clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide on bronchial asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide on bronchial asthma. Methods Forty cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotic, hormone and doxofylline and the patients in the observation group received montelukast combined with budesonide. The numbers of asthma episodes, pulmonary function and eosinophil count before and after treatment were observed and compared in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the FEV1/FVC and PEF between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the FEV1/FVC and PEF in the two groups increased, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of asthma episodes of day and night in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the eosinophil count between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the number of asthma episode in the two groups decreased, that in the observation group was lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide can effectively improve the patients`` lung function, significantly reduce eosinophil counts, it has clinical promotion value.
