氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压并高血脂的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 研究氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压并高血脂的临床治疗效果。方法 选择2011年2月至2015年12月在我院进行诊治的高血压并高血脂患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗，观察组采用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，治疗两个月后，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为 92.00%（46/50），明显高于对照组的78.00%（39/40）（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的血压和甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平均下降，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平上升，且观察组的血压和甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙片联合使用可以有效控制高血压并发高血脂患者的血压和血脂水平，具有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical observation of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on hypertension combining hyperlipidemia

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combining hyperlipidemia. Methods From February 2011 to December 2015, 100 cases of patients with hypertension combining hyperlipidemia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group, the control group accepted amlodipine, while the observation group received amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets, the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment for 2 months. Results The effective rate was 92.00% (46/50) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 78.00% (39/40) of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure and triglyceride, total cholesterol, low -density lipoprotein levels decreased in the two groups, and high -density lipoprotein cholesterol level increased, and the blood pressure and triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium can effectively control the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with hypertension combing hyperlipidemia, and it has good therapeutic effect.
