精准化护理模式在减重术后饮食管理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨精准化护理模式在减重术后饮食管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年1月至2015年12月在我院接受腹腔镜胃旁路术的60例患者，根据随机数字表法分为试验组（30 例）和对照组（30 例）。试验组采用精准化护理模式实施饮食管理护理，对照组采用常规护理及手术、出院指导并进行跟踪随访。用Frankl 量表和EAT-26量表分析两组患者干预前、后饮食行为依从性及态度的改变。结果 试验组患者治疗后1月饮食行为良好率高于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者饮食态度测验评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；在病态饮食行为倾向方面，试验组的高危险者比例低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 精细化护理模式 可提高胃减容术后患者饮食管理的依从性，降低病态饮食发生率。

Application effect of precise nursing model in the nutrition management after the bariatric surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application of precise nursing model in the nutrition management after the bariatric surgery. Methods Sixty cases of obese patients who underwent laparoscopic gastric bypass in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were randomized into two groups according to the stochastic number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given the precise nursing model in the nutrition management, while the observation group received traditional in-hospital care and out-hospital follow-up. The changes of the compliance behavior and attitude in the diet behavior after the intervention in the two groups were analyzed with Frankl scale and EAT-26 scale. Results After intervention, the rate of good eating behavior in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of dietary attitudes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the proportion of high-risk patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The precise nursing model could improve the compliance of diet management in the postoperative patients with gastric capacity reduction, and reduce the incidence of pathological diet.
