优质护理在卵巢囊肿切除术后护理中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 研究优质护理在卵巢囊肿切除术后护理中的临床效果。方法 选择2012年5月至2013年5月在我院行卵巢囊肿切除术的患者80例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各40 例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用优质护理干预，观察两组患者的术后排气时间、术后首次下床时间以及住院时间，并在患者出院前进行护理满意度调查。结果 观察组的术后排气时间、术后首次下床时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为95.00%（38/40），明显高于对照组的77.50%（31/40），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理对卵巢囊肿切除术后患者具有显著的临床效果，可以有效缩短术后排气时间、术后首次下床时间以及住院时间，提高患者的护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Analysis the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of ovariocystectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of high qu ality nursing care in patients with ovariocystectomy. Methods From May 2012 to May 2013, 80 patients with ovariocystectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received the high quality nursing intervention. The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation for the first time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients were investigated before discharged. Results The postoperative exhaust time, the time of patients postoperative first ambulation and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differencs were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.00% (38/40), which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (31/40), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing care for patients with ovariocystectomy has significant clinical effect. It can effectively shorten the postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation for the first time and hospitalization time, and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients, which has a high clinical value of application.
