综合护理在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中的临床应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2012年8月至2016年8月我院收治的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者70例，将其平均分成观察组与对照组，各35例，并对其分别实施综合护理干预与临床常规护理。比较两组患者治疗前、后的心理状态、各项临床指标以及临床护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者的CD-RISC评分比较，差异不存在统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，两组患者的CD-RISC评分均较治疗前升高，且观察组患者的CD-RISC评分优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。观察组患者的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间以及平均住院时间均短于对照组患者（P<0.05）。观察组患者的总满意度为94.29%，明显高于对照组患者的77.14%（P<0.05）。结论 给予卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者临床综合护理干预，不仅能改善患者的心理状态与各项临床指标，还有利于提高患者的护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。

Clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing on pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical application ef fect of comprehensive nursing on pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst. Methods Seventy pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst patients who undergoing operative treatment from August 2012 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected, which were equally divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group received comprehensive nursing invention, while the control group accepted clinical routine nursing. The psychological status before and after treatment, various clinical indexes and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in CD-RISC scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the CD-RISC score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The anal exhaust time, ambulation time and average length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 77.14% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with pedicle torsion of ovarian cyst not only can improve the mental state and various clinical indexes of patients, but also beneficial to enhance the satisfaction of patients to our nursing service. It has higher value of clinical application and popularization.
