循证护理在手术室护理中的质量与对患者满意度的影响分析

摘要：

目的 探讨循证护理在手术室护理中的质量与对患者满意度的影响。方法 选取2014年4月至2015年5月我院手术室收治的200例手术患者为本研究对象，根据不同护理方式将其分为循证护理组（100例，行循证护理）和常规护理组（100例， 行常规护理），对比两组患者的护理质量及满意度。结果 循证护理组护理质量优秀率为89.0%，高于常规护理组的56.0%，而 一般和较差占比均低于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；循证护理组满意度为98.0%，常规护理组为68.0%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理中采取循证护理，有助于提高护理质量及满意度，具有借鉴价值。

Analysis on the quality of evidence-based nursing in the operating room nursing and the influence

on patients`` satisfaction degree

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the quality of evidence-based nursing and patients`` satisfaction degree with nursing in operation room. Methods Two hundred cases of surgical patients admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study objects. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into evidence -based nursing group (100 cases, given evidence - based nursing) and conventional nursing group (100 cases, given routine nursing). The nursing quality and patients`` satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results In the evidence-based nursing group, the excellent rate of nursing quality was 89.0%, which was higher than 56.0% in the conventional nursing group (P <0.05), and the proportions of general and poor were quality lower than those in the conventional nursing group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of evidence-based  nursing group was 98.0%, and that of the conventional nursing group was 68.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction degree of nursing in the operation room with evidence-based nursing, which has a reference value.
