铝碳酸镁应用于Hp感染活动性胃溃疡的作用及其组织学溃疡愈合分析

摘要：

目的 探讨铝碳酸镁应用于幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染活动性胃溃疡的作用及其组织学溃疡愈合效果。方法 选取我院收治的220例Hp感染活动性胃溃疡患者进行研究，以入院先后顺序将患者分为两组。对照组110 例采用奥美拉唑肠溶片、阿莫西林胶囊、丽珠得乐冲剂及克拉霉素胶囊四联疗法治疗，观察组110例在对照组用药基础上加用铝碳酸镁治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者溃疡愈合总有效率、Hp 根除率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组溃疡周围再生黏膜组织结构优级成熟度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在常规四联疗法的基础上给予Hp 感染活动性胃溃疡患者铝碳 酸镁治疗，效果显著，可在临床推广使用。

Effect of hydrotalcid on Hp infection in active gastric ulcer and its histological ulcer healing

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of hydrotalcid in Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in active gastric ulcer and its histological ulcer healing. Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of patients with Hp infection of active gastric ulcer were enrolled in this study, and they were divided into two groups according to the admission order. One hundred and ten cases in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, amoxicillin capsules, bismuth potassium citrate capsules and clarithromycin capsules quadruple therapy, while 110 cases in the observation group added hydrotalcid on the basis of the control group, then the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate of ulcer healing and the eradication rate of Hp (P>0.05); after treatment, the excellent maturity of the regenerated mucosal tissue around the ulcer was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with Hp infection of active gastric ulcer, hydrotalcid treatment based on conventional quadruple therapy has significant effect, which can be widely used in clinic.
