老年冠心病心律不齐经胺碘酮治疗的临床探讨

摘要：

目的 分析应用胺碘酮对控制患有冠心病心律不齐疾病的老年患者病情的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的患有冠心病心律不齐疾病的老年患者86例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组43例。采用冠心病基础用药方案对对照组患者实施治疗；在基础用药方案的基础上加用胺碘酮对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组患者用药后心律状态恢复正常时间和药物治疗 计划实施总时间、老年冠心病心律不齐的药物控制效果、用药期间出现的不良反应。结果 治疗组患者用药后心律状态恢复正常时间和药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组老年冠心病心律不齐的药物控 制效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组用药期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用胺碘酮对患有冠心病心律不齐的老年患者，临床效果非常明显。

Clinical study of amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of amiodarone in elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods Eighty-six ceses of elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the basic regimen of coronary heart disease. The patients in the treatment group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the basic drug regimen. The rhythm status returned to normal time, total implement time of drug treatment, coronary heart disease arrhythmia drug control effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The rhythm status returned to normal time, total implement time of drug treatment in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); the coronary heart disease arrhythmia drug control effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the contro group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of amiodarone in elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia is very obvious.
