葛根素联合他汀类药物治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察葛根素注射液与阿托伐他汀联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 选取我院收治的80例2型糖尿病肾病患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例。两组患者均给予血糖控制等常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗上基础上给予葛根素注射液静脉滴注（400 mg/d）；研究组在在对照组基础上口服阿托伐他汀（35 mg/d）。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，两组患者UAER、HbAlc水平及平均动脉压均有所降低（P<0.05），且研究组的UAER 和HbAlc水平低于对照组（P<0.05），研究组患者LDL、TG、TC水平低于治疗前和对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 葛根素注射液与阿托伐他汀联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果明显，值得广泛应用。

Effect observation of puerarin combined with statins in the treatment of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of puerarin injection combined with atorvastatin on type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were given conventional treatment, such as blood glucose control. The control group was given puerarin injection intravenous infusion (400 mg/d) based on the conventional treatment, and the research group was given atorvastatin (35 mg/d) on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of UAER, HbAlc and mean arterial pressure decreased in both groups (P<0.05); and the levels of UAER and HbAlc in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of LDL, TG and TC in the research group were lower than those before treatment and the control group (P<0.05). The difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Puerarin injection combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic
nephropathy has obviously effect, which is worth applying.
