碘海醇在消化道疾病检查中的临床应用价值分析

摘要：

目的 回顾性分析碘海醇在消化道疾病检查中的临床应用价值。方法 选取我院收治的临床怀疑、需要进行消化道造影检查的54例消化道病变患者，均给予碘海醇进行消化道造影检查，并对其结果进行分析。结果 54例患者分别进行食管、上消化道、结肠、吻合口、瘘口等造影检查，检查成功率100.00%。54例患者在使用碘海醇造影剂时均未有不适感，也未见任何不良反应或并发症。所有造影图像均为岛津数字胃肠机点片所得到的数字化图像，图像层次分明，对比度强，病变的细微结构显示清楚，图像立体感较强。影像质量优良率为96.30%，患者耐受性优良率为98.15%。结论 在临床消化道病变检查中，碘 海醇应用效果良好，副反应及并发症少，图像质量高，是一种安全性更高的检查方式，在临床上具有一定的推广价值。

Clinical application value of iohexol in the examination of digestive tract diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical application value of the iohexol in the examination of digestive tract diseases. Methods A total of 54 cases of patients with digestive tract diseases with clinical suspicion and need to have disgestic tract randiography examination in our hospital were selected, and all the patients were subjected to the digestive tract examination with iohexol, and the results were analyzed. Results The 54 patients underwent radiography, such as esophagus, upper digestive tract, colon, anastomotic stoma and fistula. The examination success rate was 100.00%. None of the 54 patients experienced any discomfort with the use of iohexol, and no adverse reactions or complications were observed. All images were digitized image from SHIMADZU digital gastrointestinal machine, the images were clear with strong contrast, and could clearly show the fine structure of the lesion with strong stereoscopic feeling. The excellent rate of image quality was 96.30%, and the excellent rate of patients`` tolerance was 98.15%. Conclusion In the clinical examination of gastrointestinal tract lesions, the application effect of iohexol is good, the side effects and complications are few, and the image quality is high. It is a safer examination way, and has certain popularization value in clinic.
