小儿秋季腹泻采用小儿健脾止泻汤联合西医治疗的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 前瞻性研究小儿秋季腹泻采用小儿健脾止泻汤联合西医治疗的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2012年8月至2015年 8月我院收治的100例秋季腹泻患儿，随机将其分为研究组和对照组，各50例。给予对照组患儿单纯西医治疗，给予研究组患儿小儿健脾止泻汤联合西医治疗。比较两组患儿的腹泻停止时间、临床症状改善时间、总病程、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患儿的腹泻停止时间、临床症状改善时间及总病程均明显短于对照组患儿（P<0.05）；研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.0%，明显高于对照组患儿的82.0%（P<0.05）；研究组的复发率低于对照组（P<0.05），但两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 采用小儿健脾止泻汤联合西医治疗小儿秋季腹泻，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of children Jianpi zhixie decoction combined with western medicine in children with autumn diarrhea

ABSTRACT: Objective To prospectively study the clinical effect of children Jianpi zhixie decoction combined with western medicine in children with autumn diarrhea. Methods One hundred cases of children with autumn diarrhea in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015 were selected, which were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine therapy, while the study group was given children Jianpi zhixie decoction combined with western medicine therapy. The diarrhea stop time, clinical symptoms improve time, course of disease, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The diarrhea stop time, clinical symptoms improve time and course of disease of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 82.0% of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). But the difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of children Jianpi zhixie decoction combined with western medicine in children with autumn diarrhea is significant, which is worthy of promotion.
