CT与MRI应用于腰椎间盘突出诊断中的效果比较

摘要：

目的 比较CT与MRI应用于腰椎间盘突出诊断中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的78例腰椎间盘突出患者的临床资料，所有患者均分别给予CT检查与MRI检查，对比两种检查方式的检出准确率。结果 MRI的检出准确率为97.44%，明显高于CT检查的82.05%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 MRI 检查应用于腰椎间盘突 出诊断中的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广运用。

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were given CT examination and MRI examination respectively, and the detection accuracy of the two methods were compared. Results The MRI detection accuracy rate was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than 82.05% of CT examination, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of MRI examination in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation is significant, which is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis.
