宫腔镜在不孕不育症临床诊断中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨不孕不育症诊断中宫腔镜的应用价值。方法 将我院2014年6月至2016年8月收治的67例不孕不育女性患者为研究对象，所有患者接受宫腔镜诊断，对宫腔镜检查异常者进行病理检查，统计宫腔镜诊断异常率及诊断符合率。结果 67例经宫腔镜检查，异常者37例，总检出率为55.22%；37 例异常患者在子宫纵隔、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜结核及黏膜下子宫肌瘤的宫腔镜检查与病理检查比较，符合率均为100.00%，而在子宫内膜息肉样增生的符合率为80.00%，在子宫内膜息肉的符合率为85.71%，在子宫内膜炎的符合率为75.00%。结论 宫腔镜可发现不孕不育症患者宫腔内病变，诊断准确性较高，值得推广。

Clinical application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of infertility

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of infertility. Methods Sixty-seven cases of female infertility patients in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients underwent hysteroscopy, and pathological examination was performed in patients with abnormal hysteroscopy. The abnormal rate and coincidence rate of hysteroscopy were counted. Results Of the 67 patients with hysteroscopy, 37 cases were abnormal, the total detection rate was 55.22%. In 37 cases, compared with the pathology, the coincidence rates of hysteroscopy in septate uterus, uterine cavity adhesion, endometrial tuberculosis, submucosal myoma of uterus were 100.00%, of endometrial polypoid hyperplasia was 80.00%, of endometrial polyps was 85.71%, of endometritis was 75.00%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy can be found in infertility patients with intrauterine lesions. It has high diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of promotion.
