妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的临床应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的临床应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的68例妊高征产后出血产妇作为研究对象，根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各34例。对照组患者行常规护理， 研究组患者行优质护理，比较两组患者的护理满意度与产后24 h出血量。结果 护理后，研究组的护理满意度高于对照组，产后24 h出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妊高征产妇产后出血护理中，优质护理的临床应用效果显著， 可减少产后出血量，提升产妇对护理服务工作的满意度，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of high quality nursing care on postpartum hemorrhage in maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of high quality nursing care on postpartum hemorrhage in maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 68 cases of maternal with postpartum hemorrhage due to pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group were given high quality nursing care. The nursing satisfaction rate of patients and the amount of bleeding in 24 hours after parturition in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the bleeding amount in 24 hours after parturition of the study group was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of high quality nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage in maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, improve maternal satisfaction on nursing service, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
