小剂量碘131联合甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进患者骨代谢指标的影响

摘要：

目的 观察小剂量碘131联合甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进患者骨代谢指标的影响。方法 选取本院收治的甲亢患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。两组患者均给予甲巯咪唑治疗，观察组在此基础上给予小剂量碘131。观察比较两组患者治疗后甲状腺功能指标及骨代谢指标情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的甲状腺功能指标水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）；且观察组患者的骨代谢指标水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 给予甲亢患者小剂量碘131联合甲巯咪唑治疗，患者骨代谢指标改善情况好，甲状腺功能恢复好，且未出现功能减退情况，临床疗效显著。

Effect of small dose of iodine-131 combined with methimazole on bone metabolism markers in patients with hyperthyroidism

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of small dose of iodine-131 combined with methimazole on bone metabolism markers in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods Ninety patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The two groups were given methimazole, on this basis, the observation group was given small dose of iodine-131. The thyroid function indexes and bone metabolism markers of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the index levels of thyroid function in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of bone metabolism markers in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Small dose of iodine-131 combined with methimazole for patients with hyperthyroidism has good improvement of bone metabolism markers, fine recovery of thyroid function and no hypofunction, which has significant clinical efficacy.
