强肝丸与恩替卡韦联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎早期肝硬化的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨强肝丸与恩替卡韦联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法 将慢性乙型肝炎早期肝硬化患者 86例按治疗方法分为对照组和研究组，各43例，对照组单用恩替卡韦治疗，研究组在此基础上联合应用强肝丸，对比两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前、后的肝功能及肝纤维化指标。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为79.07%，高于对照组的53.49%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的肝功能均明显改善（P<0.05），但组间比较差异不显著（P>0.05）；两组患者肝纤维化各指标均明显降低，且研究组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 强肝丸与恩替卡韦联合应用能有效改善肝功能，临床疗效显著。

Effect of Qianggan pill combined with entecavir in the treatment of early cirrhosis induced by chronic hepatitis B

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qianggan pill combined with entecavir in the treatment of early cirrhosis induced by chronic hepatitis B. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B with early cirrhosis were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with entecavir, and the study group was given Qianggan pill on this basis. The clinical efficacy,
liver function and liver fibrosis index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 79.07%, which was higher than 53.49% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of liver function of the two groups improved significantly (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The indexes of liver fibrosis of the two groups obviously decreased , and the study group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Qianggan pill combined with entecavir in the treatment of early cirrhosis induced by chronic hepatitis has remarkable clinical curative effect.
