二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法 将80例PCOS患者按照随机数字表法分为联合组与单药组,各40例，联合组予二甲双胍联合达英-35 治疗，单药组单纯予达英-35治疗，比较两组临床各指标变化及受孕情况。结果 两组治疗后T、LH/FSH、FBS、FINS均有明显改善（P<0.05），而联合组T、LH/FSH、FINS均明显低于单药组（P<0.05）；联合组治疗前、后BMI变化量明显高于单药组（P<0.05），自然排卵率、自然受孕率均明显高于单药组（P<0.05），两组促排治疗后受孕率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗PCOS疗效确切，可有效改善内分泌失调，促进自然排卵，提高自然受孕机会，值得临床推广。

Clinical curative effect of metformin combined with diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of metformin combined with diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Eighty cases of PCOS patients were randomly divided into combination group and single drug group, with 40 cases in each group. The combination group was treated with metformin combined with diane -35 treatment, and the single drug group was treated with diane -35 therapy. The clinical indicators changes and pregnancy situation between the two groups were compared. Results The levels of T, LH/FSH, FBS and FINS significantly improved after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05), and the levels of T, LH/FSH and FINS in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the single drug group (P<0.05); volume change of BMI in the combination group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the single drug group (P<0.05). The natural ovulation rate and natural pregnancy rate of the combination group were significantly higher than those of the single drug group (P <0.05), the pregnancy rate after treatment between the two group was not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of metformin combined with diane-35 in the treatment of PCOS is exact, it can effectively improve the endocrine disorders and promote ovulation and improve the chance of natural conceiving, which is worthy of promotion.
