GRE-T2*序列用于膝关节半月板撕裂的临床诊断价值

摘要:

目的 探讨GRE-T2* 序列用于膝关节半月板撕裂的临床诊断价值。方法 选择我院82例膝关节半月板撕裂患者,均采用1.5T超导磁共振扫描仪进行诊断,其矢状位序列分别为GRE-T2*、FSE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI-FS、FSE-PDWI-FS,比较并分析不同序列下膝关节半月板撕裂成像的数据。结果 数据表明,GRE-T2* 序列图像质量分级为2级的有96.34%,远高于其它3种序列,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GRE-T2* 序列对膝关节半月板撕裂的诊断检出率高达98.78%,明显高于其它3种序列,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GRE-T2* 序列用于膝关节半月板撕裂临床诊断中的价值显著,可以考虑将其作为膝关节MRI扫描的常规序列,值得推广。

    Clinical value of GRE-T2* sequence in the diagnosis of meniscus tear of knee joint

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical value of GRE-T2* sequence in the diagnosis of meniscus tear of knee joint. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with meniscus tear of knee joint in our hospital were selected, all the patients used 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner for clinical diagnosis and the sagittal alignments were GRE-T2*, FSE-T1WI, FSE-T2WI-FS, FSE-PDWI-FS respectively, then the imaging of meniscus tear of knee joint under different sequences were compared and analyzed. Results The results showed that the quality of GRE-T2* sequence images of grade 2 accounted for 96.34%, which was much higher than that of the other 3 sequences, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The detection rate of GRE-T2* sequence in the diagnosis of meniscus tear of knee joint was 98.78%, which was significantly higher than that of the other 3 sequences, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The value of GRE -T2* sequence in the diagnosis of tear meniscus knee joint is significant, which can be considered as a routine sequence of MRI scan of the knee joint.
