二维及三维超声成像在先天性子宫畸形诊断中的对比分析

摘要:

目的 对普通二维超声成像和三维超声成像技术在先天性子宫畸形中的临床诊断价值进行对比研究。方法 选择我院收治的术后证实为先天性子宫畸形的患者94例为研究对象,根据术前采用的检查方法不同分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者治疗前采用普通二维超声成像技术进行检查;研究组患者治疗前采用三维超声成像技术进行检查。对比两组患者二维超 声成像和三维超声成像技术对先天性子宫畸形的诊断结果与手术证实结果的符合率、两种检测技术的实际操作时间、先天性子宫畸形的误诊率和漏诊率。结果 研究组患者治疗前先天性子宫畸形疾病的诊断结果与手术证实结果的符合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);检测实际操作时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);先天性子宫畸形病情的误诊率和漏诊率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 三维超声成像技术在先天性子宫畸形的诊断中具有较高的临床价值。

    Comparison of two dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of

    congenital uterine malformation

    ABSTRACT:Objective To compare the clinical value of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of patients with congenital uterine malformation. Methods A total of 94 cases of patients with congenital uterine malformations were divided into control group and study group according to the preoperative examination methods. The patients in the control group were examined by general two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, and the patients in the study group were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. The rate of coincidence between the results of two dimensional ultrasound imaging and three dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation and the results of operation, the actual operation time of two kinds of detection techniques, the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of congenital uterine malformation were compared between the two groups. Results The coincidence rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The actual operation time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The misdiagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technique has high clinical value in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation.
