针对性护理干预应用于血液透析患者预防内瘘闭塞中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析针对性护理干预应用于血液透析患者预防内瘘闭塞中的临床效果。方法 将我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的60例接受血液透析患者随机分为对照组和干预组，各30 例。对照组患者给予常规护理，干预组患者给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、生存质量评分及舒适度。结果 干预组患者的护理满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的 66.67%（P<0.05）。干预组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。干预组患者的舒适度为96.67%，明显高于对照组的 76.67%（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理干预应用于血液透析患者出现内瘘闭塞中临床效果显著，可提高患者的护理满意度、生存质量评分及舒适度，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on the prognosis of fistula blockage in hemodialysis patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on the prognosis of fistula blockage in hemodialysis patients. Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group accepted targeted nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction rates, quality of life scores and degree of comfort were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of comfort of the intervention group was 96.67% , which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on the prognosis of fistula blockage in hemodialysis patients is significant. It can improve the nursing satisfaction rates, quality of life scores and degree of comfort for the patients, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
