针对性护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并急性左心衰无创正压通气中的护理效果

摘要：
目的 探讨针对性护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期合并急性左心衰无创正压通气中的护理效果。方法 选取我院收治的COPD急性加重期合并急性左心衰患者60例为研究对象，将其分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用针对性护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的PaCO2、PaO2 水平明显优于护理前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。观察组患者的满意度为96.67%，明显高于对照组的83.33%（P<0.05）。结论 对于实施无创正压通气治疗的COPD急性加重期合并急性左心衰患者采用针对性护理，可提高治疗效果和护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Nursing effect of targeted nursing in noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for acute exacerbation period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with left heart failure patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nursing effect of targeted nursing in noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for acute exacerbation period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with left heart failure patients. Methods Sixty exacerbation period COPD combined with left heart failure patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of PaCO2 and PaO2 of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for acute exacerbation period COPD combined with left heart failure patients can improve the clinical effects and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy application and promotion in clinic.
