甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

摘要：

目的 观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2 型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法 收集我院收治的2型糖尿病患者76例，随机分为治疗组（实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗）与对照组（实施预混胰岛素治疗），各38例，比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 治疗后，两组2 h BPG、FPG 以及HbA1c水平均显著低于治疗前，且治疗组HbA1c显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组低血糖发生率及血糖达标时胰岛素用量明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治 疗，能够有效维持患者的血糖平稳，减少胰岛素用量，同时还能显著降低低血糖发生率。

Effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the influence of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Seventy-six patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group (with the implementation of insulin glargine and repaglinide treatment) and control group (with the premixed insulin treatment), with 38 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of BPG, FPG and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the HbA1c in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of hypoglycemia and insulin dosage of blood glucose reaching the standard level in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes, insulin glargine and repaglinide treatment can effectively keep the patient``s blood glucose steady, reduce the dosage of insulin, and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
