不同分子亚型乳腺癌的临床特征和生存状况分析

摘要：

目的 分析不同分子亚型乳腺癌患者的临床特点和生存状况。方法 将我院2012年1月至2015年5月收治的480例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，对所有患者开展不同分子亚型分析，观察临床特征及生存状况。将乳腺癌的分子亚型设定为 Luminal A 型、Luninal B 型、HER-2 过表达型及Basal-like 型4种，分析4种亚型患者的临床特征和生存状况。结果 HER-2过表达型局部复发率高于Luminal A 型患者（P<0.05），HER-2 过表达型、Basal-like 型、Luninal B型患者远处转移率明显高 于Luminal A型患者（P<0.05）；Luminal A型患者的无病生存率、无远处转移生存率、总生存率整体上高于HER-2过表达型患者、Basal-like型患者（P<0.05）。结论 通过对乳腺癌患者开展不同分子的亚型判定，能够更加明确患者的临床特点，在患者 的生存预估方面得到较为准确的结果。当确认患者的分子亚型后，需要以此作为基础，对患者的表现进行深入分析，并及时实施针对性的干预处理，尽量延长患者的寿命，减少患者的痛苦。

Analysis of clinical features and survival status of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and survival status of patients with different subtypes of breast cancer. Methods Four hundred and eighty cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2015 were selected as the objects. All the patients were analyzed in different molecular subtypes, and the clinical features and survival status were observed. The molecular subtypes of breast cancer were set to Luminal type A, Luninal type B, HER-2 overexpression type and Basal-like type, and the clinical characteristics and survival status of the four subtypes were analyzed. Results The local recurrence rate of HER-2 overexpression type patients was higher than than that of Luminal type A patients (P<0.05); the distant metastasis rates of HER-2 overexpression, Basal-like type, Luminal B patients were significantly higher than that of the Luminal A type of patients (P<0.05). Luminal type A patients had higher rates of no disease free survival, no distant metastatic survival, overall survival than patients with HER-2 overexpression type and Basal-like type (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the determination of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer can effectively learn the clinical characteristics of patients and accuratly aobtain the survival results. When molecular subtypes of patients are confirmed, the results should be served as the basis for further analysis, and timely targeted intervention treatment should be conducted, so as to prolong the life of patients and reduce the pain of patients.
