奥硝唑胶囊、热疗联合盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗宫外孕手术后盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨奥硝唑胶囊联合热疗及盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗宫外孕手术后盆腔炎的疗效。方法 选择2014年6月至2016年6月我院收治的124例宫外孕术后盆腔炎患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，各62例。对照组采用甲硝唑联合头孢曲松治疗，研究组采用奥硝唑胶囊联合热疗及盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效、临床症状与体征的消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组腹痛、子宫或附件压痛、附件包块、盆腔积液的消失时间均短于 对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 奥硝唑胶囊联合热疗及盆炎汤保留灌肠治疗宫外孕术后盆腔炎临床疗效显著，适于临床推广。

Effect of ornidazole capsule combined with hyperthermia and retention enema treatment of Penyan decoction

in patients with pelvic inflammation after ectopic pregnancy surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of ornidazole capsule combined with hyperthermia and retention enema treatment of Penyan decoction in patients with pelvic inflammation after ectopic pregnancy surgery. Methods A total of 124 patients with pelvic inflammatory who underwent ectopic pregnancy surgery from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given metronidazole and ceftriaxone, while the study group was given ornidazole capsule combined with hyperthermia and retention enema treatment of Penyan decoction. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs, incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the disappearance time of abdominal pain, tenderness of uterus or attachment, attachment mass and pelvic effusion in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole capsule combined with hyperthermia and retention enema treatment of Penyan decoction in the treatment of pelvic inflammation after ectopic pregnancy surgery has significantly clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
