孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的92例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床资料，根据双盲法将其分为研究组（46例）与对照组（46例）。对照组46 例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿给予常规治疗，研究组46例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿基于常规治疗基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患儿的咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间、治疗总有效率及肺功能改善情况。结果 与对照组相比较而言，研究组患儿的咳嗽症状缓解时间、消失时间明显更短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组相比较而言，研究组患儿的治疗总有效率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿的FEV1、PEF 水平均升高（P<0.05），且研究组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Clinical observation of montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma. Methods The clinical data of 92 children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The children were divided into study group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to double -blind method. The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the study group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of conventional therapy. The relieving time of cough variant asthma symptoms, disappearance time of cough symptoms, total effective rates and improvement of lung function were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the relieving time and disappearance time of cough variant asthma in the study group were significantly shorter, the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1 and PEF significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05), and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma is very significant, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
