闭合复位、经皮穿针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察采用闭合复位、经皮穿内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的46例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象，将23例采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗的患儿作为闭合复位组，将23例采用切开复位克氏针内固定治疗的患儿作为切开复位组。比较两组患儿的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、患肢功能。结果 闭合复位组患儿术中出血量和手术时间明显优于切开复位组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患儿住院时间、骨折平均愈 合时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。闭合复位组患儿Flynn 肘关节功能优良率为86.95%，与切开复位组的82.61%比 较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 闭合复位、经皮穿针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折手术操作简单、安全、创伤小，值得临床推广 应用。

Clinical effect of closed reduction and percuta-neous pin fixation in children with supracondylar

fractures of humerus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed reduction and percuta-neous pin fixation in children with supracondylar fractures of humerus. Methods Forty-six children with supracondylar fractures of humerus were selected as the study objects. Twenty three children with supracondylar fractures of humerus who treated with closed reduction and percuta-neous pin fixation were chosen as the closed reduction group, another 23 children with supracondylar fractures of humerus who treated with open reduction and percuta-neous pin fixation were chosen as the open reduction group. The operation time, hospital stays, intraoperative blood loss, fracture recovery time and affected extremity function were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time of the closed reduction group were better than those of the open reduction group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in hospital stays and racture recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05). The excellent rate of closed reduction group was 86.95%, there was no significant difference compared with 82.61% of the open reduction group (P>0.05). Conclusion Closed reduction and percuta -neous pin fixation in children with supracondylar fractures of humerus has the advantages of simple operation, safety and small trauma, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
