电视胸腔镜与形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效研究

摘要：

目的 评价电视胸腔镜联合形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法 本研究将我院收治 的72例多发性肋骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。观察组患者给予电视胸腔镜联合形状记忆环抱接骨板固定治疗，对照组患者给予加压包扎和胸部护板固定治疗。观察比较两组患者坐起、下床和住院时间，NRS评分、PO₂ 和PCO₂及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的NRS 评分、PO₂和PCO₂比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的坐起、下床和住院时间，NRS评分、PO₂和PCO₂均改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者各并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 电视胸腔镜联合形状记忆环抱接骨板固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect study of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and shape memory encircling bone plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery combined with shape memory encircling bone plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures. Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with multiple rib fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given video -assisted thoracoscopic surgery combined with shape memory encircling bone plate bonding treatment, while patients in the control group received pressure bandage and chest protection plate bonding therapy. The sitting time, off-bed time, hospital stay, NRS score, PO₂, PCO₂ and complications after surgery in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in NRS score, PO₂ and PCO₂ between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the sitting time, off-bed time, hospital stay, NRS score, PO₂ and PCO₂ in the two groups were improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there were no significant differences in incidences of each complication between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery combined with shape memory encircling bone plate in treatment of the multiple rib fractures has significant clinical effect, which is worth application in clinic.
