天麻钩藤牵正散配合针灸治疗面瘫肝阳上亢证的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察天麻钩藤牵正散配合针刺治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的46例面瘫患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组23例单纯口服天麻钩藤牵正散，治疗组23例同时配合针刺治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后两组患者的临 床症状、体征分级量化评分显著降低，且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组总有效率、面神经功能改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 天麻钩藤牵正散配合针刺治疗面瘫具有明显的疗效，可有效改善临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical effect observation of Tianma Gouteng Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis of hyperactivity of liver Yang

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis of hyperactivity of liver Yang. Methods Forty-six cases of facial paralysis patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group (23 cases) was treated with oral Tianma Gouteng Qianzheng powder, and the treatment group (23 cases) was given acupuncture additionally, then the clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate and the improvement degree of facial nerve in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture in treatment of facial paralysis has obvious curative effect, it can improve patients`` clinical symptoms and quality of life.
