上消化道异物中采用无痛胃镜与常规胃镜治疗的临床效果及安全性观察

摘要：

目的 观察上消化道异物中采用无痛胃镜与常规胃镜治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 将在我院急诊的上消化道异物 72例患者根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，各36例。观察组采用无痛胃镜下治疗，对照组采用常规胃镜治疗，比较两组患者的消化道活动性出血和肠痉挛等并发症的发生情况。结果 所有患者均顺利取出异物。观察组异物平均取出时间为 （20.14±4.20）min，与对照组的（18.22±3.45）min 比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患者的消化道活动性出血、穿孔、肠痉挛、感染等并发症发生率为11.11%，明显低于对照组患者的44.44%（P<0.05）。结论 在上消化道异物取出操作中，与常规胃镜比较，无痛胃镜使患者乐于接受，可安全、顺利地完成检查，应用价值较高。

Clinical efficacy and safety of painless gastroscopy and conventional gastroscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of painless gastroscopy and conventional gastroscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body. Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with painless gastroscopy, while the control group was treated with conventional gastroscopy. The complications of digestive tract, active bleeding and intestinal spasm were compared between the two groups. Results All the patients were successfully removed the foreign body. The average removal time of the foreign body in the observation group was (20.14±4.20) min, compared with (18.22±3.45) min of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The complication rate of digestive tract, active bleeding, perforation, intestinal spasm and infection in the observation group was 11.11%, which was obviously lower than 44.44% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the operation of removing foreign body in the upper gastroscopy tract, the painless gastroscopy is more acceptable than the conventional gastroscopy, which can be completed safely and smoothly. The application of this method is of high value.
