经腹部超声与经阴道多普勒超声早期诊断宫外孕的临床效果比较

摘要：

目的 分析比较经腹部超声与经阴道多普勒超声早期诊断宫外孕的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2016年1月至 2016年12月期间收治的96例经手术病理证实为宫外孕患者的临床资料，根据诊断方法的不同将其分为研究组（48例）与 对照组（48例）。对照组患者经腹部超声诊断，研究组患者经阴道多普勒超声诊断。对比两组患者的早期诊断情况与诊断符合率。结果 与对照组比较，研究组患者的诊断符合率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组比较，研究组患者的盆腔积液、假孕囊、胚芽以及附件包块的检出率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 经阴道多普勒超声早期诊断宫外孕的临床应用效果优于经腹部超声，值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广运用。

Clinical comparison of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler flow on early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler flow on early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by operation and pathology and divided into study group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to different diagnostic methods. The control group was diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound, while the study group was diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler flow. The early diagnosis and diagnose accordance rate were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the diagnostic accuracy in the study group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the detection rate of pelvic fluid, phantom pregnancy bursa, embryo and adnexal mass in the study group was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler flow has better application effect than transabdominal ultrasound on early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, it worth popularizing in the diagnosis of clinical examination.
