欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床研究

摘要：

目的 观察分析欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月至2017年1月在我院治疗的前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者66例，使用数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组患者使用缩宫素联合宫腔填纱治疗，观察组患者则采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱进行治疗。对比两组患者各时间段的出血量、血压 （收缩压和舒张压）、心率及血氧饱和度的变化情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者产后2、24 h的出血量均少于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗前、后，两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率及血氧饱和度均无明显变化，且组间比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者的效果较好，可有效控制出血量，值得推广使用。

Clinical research of hemabate combined with intrauterine packing gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

of cesarean section with placenta previa

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of hemabate combined with intrauterine packing gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section with placenta previa. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 66 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section with placenta previa in our hospital were selected, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin and intrauterine packing gauze, and the observation group was treated with hemabate combined with intrauterine packing gauze. The blood loss, blood pressure (systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure), heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood loss of the observation group at 2 hour and 24 hour were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in the two groups were not significantly different, and the differences of the obove indexes between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of hemabate combined with intrauterine packing gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section with placenta previa is effective, which can control the amount of bleeding, and it worth popularizing.
