2 型糖尿病患者行胃肠手术实施综合护理干预的效果分析

摘要：
目的 观察综合护理干预应用于胃肠手术合并2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法 选取2015年11月至2016年10月西安市中心医院普通外科收治的行胃肠手术治疗且合并2型糖尿病患者70例，随机将其分为综合组和常规组，每组35例。常规组患者给予常规护理干预，综合组患者在此基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 综合组患者在术 后12、24、48、72 h 的血糖值均低于常规组（P<0.05）；综合组患者排气时间、排便时间均短于常规组（P<0.05）；综合组患者的护理满意度高于常规组（P<0.05）；两组患者的低血糖发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 对接受胃肠手术的2型糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预，可以改善其术后血糖值，有利于胃肠功能的恢复，且患者护理满意度较高。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing on gastrointestinal surgery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on gastrointestinal surgery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From November 2015 to October 2016, seventy patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with gastrointestinal surgery in general surgery of Xi``an Central Hospital were selected, which were radomly divided into comprehensive group and conventional group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in conventional group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in comprehensive group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose values at 12, 24, 48, 72 h after surgery in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The exhaust time and defecation time of the comprehensive group were shorter than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The difference was not significant in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing gastrointestinal surgery can improve the postoperative blood glucose value, which is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and have higher satisfaction.
