外科护理管理中护理风险管理的应用效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析在外科护理管理中护理风险管理的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的外科患者76例的临床资料，根据护理方法将其分为研究组（38例）与对照组（38 例）。对照组患者给予常规护理管理，研究组患者基于常规护理管理给予护理风险管理，对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理安全事故发生率。结果 研究组的护理满意度为 97.37%，明显高于对照组的78.95%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的护理安全事故发生率为2.63%，明显低于对照组患者的18.42%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在外科护理管理中，应用护理风险管理的效果十分显著，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Effect analysis of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management. Methods The clinical data of 76 surgical patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into study group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to the nursing method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, while patients in the study group were given nursing risk management based on routine nursing management. The satisfaction rate of nursing and incidence of nursing safety accidents were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than 78.95% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of nursing safety accidents in the study group was 2.63% , which was significantly lower than 18.42% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the surgical nursing management, the application of nursing risk management is very effective, which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
