临床护理路径在胃癌根治术患者术后护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨临床护理路径在胃癌根治术患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院自2013年1月至2016年6月收治的行胃癌根治术患者66例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各33例。术后，对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组在常规 护理的基础上给予具有针对性的临床护理干预路径，观察两组患者术后各项指标、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者住院时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者护理满意度为96.97%，明显高于对照组的81.82%（P<0.05）。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率为9.09%（3/33），明显低于对照组的 30.30%（10/33）（P<0.05）。结论 行胃癌根治术患者术后实施临床护理路径可有效促进患者胃肠道功能恢复，减少术后并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，提高患者满意度，可推广使用。

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative care of patient with gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative care of patients with gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms. Methods From January 2013 to June 2016, 66 cases of patients with gastric cancer in our hospital and taking astrectomy of stomach neoplasms were enrolled as the research objects, they were randomly divided into study group (n=33) and control group (n=33). After surgery, the control group was given routine nursing care and the study group was given specific clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the routine nursing. The postoperative indicators, nursing satisfaction and complications were observed in the two groups. Results The hospital stay, first exhaust time, first defecation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the hospitalization expense was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the study group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence rate of complications in the study group was 9.09% (3/33), which was significantly lower than 30.30% (10/33) of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative care of patients with gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the hospital stay, decrease the hospital costs and improve patients`` satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
